FP&A Senior Analyst

Description

Deloitte is seeking a FP&A Senior Analyst to join our Finance Department's FP&A team.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to provide valuable business insights and support strategic decision-making.

What you Will do:

Building the yearly budget.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Gather and process financial data from various sources.
Develop and implement financial analysis models and tools.
Present findings and conclusions to senior management.
Identify financial trends.
Provide strategic recommendations based on financial insights and analysis.
Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar) or students in their final years.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in financial data analysis – 3-5 years.

• Experience working with budgets and financial forecasts in a big company – Must .

• Knowledge in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau – an advantage.
