Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, development, and execution of a modern digital platform
Take full ownership of the technical solution—from design through production
Recruit, mentor, and lead development teams while promoting engineering excellence
Define architectural standards, lead code reviews, and ensure high-quality software delivery
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions, including Generative AI capabilities
Requirements:
10 years experience of hands-on software development
Proven experience leading development teams and large-scale software projects
Strong Full-Stack expertise with .NET Core / C# and React or Angular
Solid experience with Microservices, RESTful APIs, Cloud-Native architectures, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
Hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI solutions in production
Experience creating architecture and design ation, leading code reviews, and working in Agile/Scrum environments
Native Hebrew and strong professional English
