Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Marketing and Sales to lead our efforts in expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record (at least 10 years of experience) in the printing, converting, or packaging industries, coupled with exceptional sales acumen and a deep understanding of marketing strategies tailored to high-end food industry customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including brand owners, converters, and industry influencers.
• Lead and mentor the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.
• Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to ensure our solutions meet market demands and customer expectations.
• Represent Melodea at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing and sales role within the printing, converting, or packaging industries.
• Strong understanding of the food packaging sector, with a focus on high-end customers and sustainable solutions.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and market penetration.
• Exceptional sales skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and adapt to evolving market conditions.
• Frequent travelling availability is mandatory
• Fluent English
