About the job

Join a fast-growing private investment fund. The ideal candidate will manage corporate financial strategy, including accounts, financial statements, and tax data. They will also serve as the contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

Responsibilities

Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, and tax reports in Israel and abroad

Involvement in the day-to-day operations of the investments

Financial planning: budgets, managerial projections, cash flow, forecasts

Main interfaces – internal investment team, bookkeeping, auditors, regulators, legal advisors and tax consultants, banks, investors, portfolio companies

Controller will be reporting to the CFO

Qualifications

Knowledge of IFRS, US, and Israeli GAAP

Experience in the preparation of financial and statutory statements

B.A. in Accounting

Post Big4 internship

Prior experience in investment funds audits - a big plus

Prior experience as a controller in investment funds – an advantage

Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken); High level of English (written and spoken)

High proficiency in Excel
