We’re defining a lean, high-impact financial and operational leadership role in Israel to take ownership of the structured financial management, legal coordination, and ongoing operations of GameSmart Asia, with active business growth in regulated gaming markets and future expansion across multiple units and geographies.

• Full financial oversight, including:
• 
  
• Managing P&L by business unit
• Planning and tracking budget vs. actuals
• Cost control and margin optimization
• Business planning and maintaining updated, actionable forecasts
• Legal and contractual coordination:

• Working with lawyers and advisors
• Reviewing and tracking contracts, agreements, and partnerships
• Overseeing documentation with vendors and partners
• Compliance & reporting across jurisdictions
• Coordination with agents and external service providers
• Document & knowledge management: maintaining structured legal, financial, and operational records
• Revenue visibility: clear tracking of inflows/outflows and cash flow processes
• Payment operations & banking: responsibility for payment flows, bank account management, initiating transfers, coordinating with banks, and handling financial documentation
• Process automation & tooling using AI and remote support
• Investor and business owner relations: point of contact for updates, insights, and collaboration
• Dataroom management: maintaining a clean, organized investor-ready dataroom
• Supporting growth: new business units, geographies, M&A opportunities

• Based in Israel, fluent in English, experienced in international coordination
• 5–10 years in finance, operations, or legal/FP&A
• Highly organized, strategic, and independent
• Self-starter, proactive, not afraid to build structure where there is none
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with AI tools, dashboards, remote teams

• 🎯 Familiarity with B2C business models
• 🌎 Understanding of emerging markets, especially Brazil
• 🤝 Involvement in investor relations or M&A
• 🧠 Experience with automation, AI tools, and scaling processes globally
