Product Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our product team. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, data analysts, and developers to support our mission of delivering high-quality financial products and services. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fintech innovation.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus

· 2+ years experience as a Product/Business Analyst in the fintech or banking industry

· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

· Familiarity with data visualization tools and SQL

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities:

· Conduct detailed data analysis to support decision-making processes

· Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

· Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and users, to gather and document business and technical requirements

· Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for product improvement

· Assist product managers in the development of product roadmaps, strategies, and user stories

· Ensure requirements are clearly understood by the development team and are accurately reflected in the product design and functionality

· Perform market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs

· Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our product offerings and maintain a competitive edge

· Collect and analyze user feedback to identify areas for product improvement

· Collaborate with the customer service team to understand user pain points and prioritize feature enhancements
