Tools Engineer

You will be part of the Validation and Integration team. The team is responsible for online testing execution and offline validation of autonomous vehicle applications. The Junior Tools Engineer will focus on developing and maintaining tools to improve the team's efficiency and productivity. This role involves dealing with raw data to generate insights, graphs, and reports, automating data extraction and analysis. The team is a part of the AV product validation department.
What will your job look like:
Design, develop, and maintain software tools to improve the efficiency and productivity of the team.
Analyze raw data to generate actionable insights and validation tools
Create graphs and visualizations to present data in a clear and understandable manner.
Develop automated processes to generate reports from Jira execution automation and Jira results.
Ensure that reports are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered on time.
Collaborate with automation developers to understand their infrastructure needs and provide solutions that enable seamless automation development.
Debug and resolve any issues or bugs that arise.
Work on various aspects of our projects.
Lead activities and initiatives to improve team efficiency and productivity.
Demonstrate high motivation and an open-minded approach to problem-solving and innovation.
All you need is:
B.Sc. in Software Engineering, or a related field.
2-3 years of coding experience- MUST
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with Jenkins, (CI/CD) pipelines, Robot Framework and Linux
Familiarity with Jira and its APIs
High motivation, independent and an open-minded approach to new challenges.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools and libraries (e.g., Pandas, Matplotlib, D3.js) – advantage.
Experience in web development and database (DB) management- advantage
