Procurement Manager

Description:

Moon Active, a Tel Aviv based mobile games startup with millions of players worldwide is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our Procurement team.

As Procurement Manager, you will work within the Procurement team and be involved in the procurement process in the company, negotiate with vendors and perform cost analysis reports.

• Manage relationships with suppliers, including conducting regular business reviews, resolving issues, and fostering collaboration to drive continuous process improvement.
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders, such as IT, R&D, legal, and finance teams, to understand their needs, accurating together requirements and specifications, assess vendor capabilities, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards .
• Conduct price analysis and cost breakdowns, implementing procurement strategies effectively.
• Contract Negotiation and Management: Lead contract and T&C negotiations, ensuring alignment with legal and compliance requirements, and managing the contract lifecycle effectively while manning and reflecting internally any associated risks.
• Managing end-to-ends the procurement processes operations.

• At least 5 years of proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience in software and cloud procurement and contract negotiation.
• Experience in negotiations and complex contracts.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English – mandatory.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and drive initiatives to completion.
• Accurate and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a super dynamic, high paced environment.
• Team player.
• BA / BSc in Technology Management, business, finance, or other related field.
