Growth Marketing Manager

Ideate, build, and execute creative cross-channel campaigns that rise above the noise
Build and identify AI tools to expand our marketing capabilities
Test and run paid acquisition across multiple channels - Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit
Execute different earned and paid channels - podcasts, newsletters, sponsorships, influencers.
Lead guerrilla marketing and growth hacking initiatives
Manage large-scale projects with multiple dependencies.
What you will need:

Native-level English and spoken Hebrew. - Must
5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing. - Must
Enthusiasm about the potential of AI tools to streamline your workflows. With examples of AI tools and projects you’ve built (custom GPTs, agents, and more). - Must
Expertise in multiple marketing channels (Reddit, podcasts, ads, Influencers).
Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in different marketing software and ability to quickly adopt new tools.
Data-driven approach: collect, analyze, and synthesize data across multiple channels.
PLG SAAS experience - Big Advantage.
E-commerce experience - Big Advantage.
