3+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including mentoring, hiring, and performance management - MUST
Hands-on, day-to-day use of LLMs in development workflows - MUST
Strong hands-on experience with Python (4+ years) - MUST
Proven expertise in designing and scaling large-scale, high-availability systems - MUST
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of complex backend systems, from architecture to production and ongoing maintenance
Experience defining technical direction, making architectural decisions, and aligning engineering execution with business goals
Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and observability best practices
Hands-on leader with the ability to dive deep into code while guiding and unblocking the team
Curiosity, strong ownership mindset, and a passion for building high-quality, impactful technology
Experience with agentic workflows and AI orchestration frameworks – advantage
