Engineering Manager

Lead and mentor a team of 8 engineers (backend, full stack, devops, QA), fostering growth, collaboration, and a culture of excellence.
Stay hands-on with design and development, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
Translate product and business goals into clear technical roadmaps and execution plans.
Partner closely with product managers, data scientists, and designers to deliver impactful features.
Establish best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Help shape Company's engineering culture and processes as we scale post-acquisition.
Drive innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement in both technology and team dynamics.

7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4+ years in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
Strong technical background in SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), and modern development practices.
Experience working with AI/ML systems, large-scale data pipelines, or LLM-based applications is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in building and scaling production systems, is a significant plus.
Proven ability to balance hands-on coding with guiding and empowering a team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and geographies.
