IT & information systems Manager

responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining all information systems within the organization, while also designing and leading the overall technology strategy. The role combines strategic leadership with operational management, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and full integration of information systems with the company’s business and strategic needs.
In practice, the position includes managing technological infrastructure, ERP systems (preferably with experience in Priority and JDE ERP), information security, complex IT project management, and adapting technological solutions and digitalization processes to organizational needs. The manager will oversee all resources in the field (internal and external), ensure optimal technical support, compliance with regulations, and provide solutions to customer requirements as they evolve in a dynamic environment with multiple production and assembly sites, while maintaining continuous collaboration with the parent company to implement global policies.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning – Formulating and leading the IT and technology strategy, integrating advanced technologies, and developing a multi-year roadmap, in collaboration and coordination with data producers/consumers and the parent company.
• Project Management & Innovation – Leading cross-organizational projects, defining requirements, designing technological solutions, and implementing them by utilizing internal and external resources as needed.
• Process Improvement & Efficiency – Promoting advanced reporting processes, transitioning from manual reporting to mobile-based reporting, data management and optimization, automation, and digitalization within the company and among subcontractors to enhance organizational performance.
• Digitalization & AI – Leading initiatives for implementing AI-based solutions to improve efficiency, increase data reliability, and enhance user experience.
• Policy & Compliance – Implementing the parent company’s IT policies and information security standards, while tailoring them to local organizational needs and developing solutions for subcontractors in Israel and abroad.
• Service & Support – Providing optimal IT and system support to all organizational units, while managing internal and external resources in the field.
• A member of the Operations leadership team

• Academic degree in engineering or a relevant field.
• Proven experience in IT management within a global organization, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in managing and implementing ERP systems, with priority given to Priority & JDE ERP.
• Familiarity and experience with software tools designed for managing production environments – an advantage.
• Experience in leading complex, cross-organizational technology projects.
• In-depth understanding of operational, manufacturing, and engineering processes.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders – internal and external – including working with a global parent company.
• Strategic vision, strong prioritization skills, leadership, and high-level execution capabilities.
