Vertical Manager

We are looking for a highly accountable Vertical Manager to own the P&L for their vertical. The ideal candidate will have full autonomy over resource allocation and strategy execution, driving growth and profitability for their vertical while collaborating with key internal teams.

Requirements:

Allocate budgets to initiatives that maximize vertical growth and ROI.
Results-oriented leader with 7+ years of experience in category management, e-commerce, or P&L ownership.
Lead cross-functional meetings to align on vertical goals and resource allocation.
Analyze revenue streams and identify opportunities for improvement.
Report on vertical performance and progress to leadership.
Stay informed on market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Strong business acumen with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Entrepreneurial and adaptable, capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What am I going to do?:

P&L Management: Own the vertical’s budget, allocating resources across marketing, product, taxonomy, and more to achieve growth goals.
End-to-End Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to optimize the vertical’s performance.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, data, and taxonomy teams to ensure vertical objectives are met.
Performance Tracking: Set KPIs, track performance, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
