Role Overview

We are seeking a sharp, organized individual to take on a customer support and operations role. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth handling of daily lottery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social platforms.
• Resolve issues related to lottery group creation, ticket purchasing, and claiming processes.
• Organize and dispatch lottery tickets bought to our couriers in the U.S.
• Receive lottery tickets and oversee the process of scanning and uploading them to our system for client delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support for ticket-related issues.
• Assist in optimizing operational workflows as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work U.S time zone hours.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for startups and willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities.

What We Offer
