We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our IT team. This role is crucial in managing our business systems infrastructure, implementing and maintaining robust processes, and ensuring secure data management across our organization. The position focuses on system administration, process automation, and data integration while maintaining strong security protocols.

Responsibilities

System Administration & Security

Administer and maintain key business systems including JIRA, Netsuite, and HubSpot
Implement and enforce security best practices, focusing on the principle of least privilege
Define user access controls, roles, and permissions across all systems

Process Implementation & Automation

Collaborate with different teams to understand their workflow requirements
Design and implement efficient processes in JIRA and other systems
Create and maintain workflows, custom fields, and automation rules
Provide training and support to team members on process implementation
Regular review and optimization of existing processes

Data Management & Integration

Design and maintain data structures across business systems
Implement and manage integrations between different platforms
Ensure data consistency and integrity across all systems
Create and manage reporting solutions for cross-system data analysis
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in system administration
Strong experience with JIRA administration and configuration
Knowledge of scripting languages (preferably Python)- Must
Experience with ERP (preferably Netsuite) and CRM (preferably HubSpot) systems
Experience with API integrations and data mapping
Understanding of SQL and database management
Experience with cloud-based systems and integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Project management capabilities
