Responsibilities

Take the lead in building the team by recruiting, training, and mentoring new members as the department expands.
Lay the groundwork for delivering actionable insights that will directly shape the product roadmap.
Analyze data from diverse sources to identify key opportunities and focus on high-impact initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and customer experience departments, establishing standardized metrics and fostering cross-functional alignment to drive success.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a product analyst or similar role, with a strong track record of working on product-related initiatives.
Entrepreneurial and proactive: You take ownership, tackle challenges head-on, and make decisions even without complete consensus.
Excellent communication: You can explain decisions clearly, motivate your team, and align stakeholders.
Expertise in A/B testing: You design experiments with clear goals, analyze results, and use data to understand user behavior.
Adaptability: You thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
Action-oriented: You break down complex problems into clear steps and prioritize decision-making.
