Avgol is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated FP&A analyst to join its HQ FP&A team.

Job Summary

The FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in providing financial insights that drive decision-making across the organization. This individual will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills to effectively partner with various departments.

Job Description

Financial Planning & Analysis

– Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long

term planning

– Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management

– Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable

recommendations

Budgeting & Forecasting

– Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts

– Collaborate with department heads to gather input and ensure accuracy in financial

projections

– Track performance against budgets/forecasts and provide variance analysis

Reporting

– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including dashboards and

presentations for senior leadership

– Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed

Business Partnering

– Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and align financial

strategies with business objectives

– Act as a financial advisor to various departments, offering insights to guide strategic decisions.

Process Improvement

– Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, tools, and systems

– Streamline reporting and forecasting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Job Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

– 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role

– Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling

– Experience with SAP is a plus

– ⁠Experience in a global manufacturing company is an advantage

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

– Excellent communication and presentation skills

– Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

– High attention to detail and accuracy

– Fluent in English
