Key Responsibilities:

Lead global Sales & Marketing initiatives.
Identify and pursue business opportunities through research and analysis.
Manage relationships with partners, resellers, and agents worldwide.
Oversee sales activities, marketing campaigns, training sessions, and product demos.
Strengthen customer relationships and provide ongoing support.
Handle government tenders, including technical and financial documentation.
Analyze industry trends to guide the company’s technology roadmap.
Prepare and submit quotations.
Frequent international travel required

Desired Skills/Experience:

5+ years of Sales & Marketing experience in the defense industry.
Strong business acumen and technical orientation.
Experience with foreign government tenders and procurement processes.
Knowledge of military UGVs, UAVs, and remote-operated systems (preferred).
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
