As a Front-End Team Lead at our companys Tel Aviv R&D center, you will lead a talented group of engineers in building the technology powering our Operation Center-the real-time heartbeat of our global service. This is a highly impactful, mission-critical role combining people leadership, technical ownership, and product impact. You will shape our Front-End architecture and foster a culture of high-quality craft, directly shaping the daily lives of hundreds of thousands of riders. B.Sc. in Computer Science or a similar field.
At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team of engineers5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong experience with React or similar Front-End frameworks.
Strong technical abilities with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and make thoughtful decisions.
Experience with architecture, system design, and code reviews.
A proactive and ownership-driven mindset, with a passion for continuously improving products and processes.
Experience with map-based application development (Mapbox, Google JS SDK, etc.) - an advantage.Experience with backend development (Python) - an advantage.
