Payroll Legislation Specialist

In-depth analysis and understanding of payroll legislation, implementation of collective agreements, individual agreements, and complex employment arrangements.
Characterization of technological payroll interfaces with external parties (statutory and others).
Translation of regulatory and business requirements into system calculation logic and the construction of workflows.
Characterization of payroll system automation and upgrades, including the implementation of new components and process automation.
Development and execution of validation tests and controls for payroll calculations and integrative processes, identification and analysis of potential issues, and recommending necessary system improvements.

Education: B.A in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Experience: 2+ years in Payroll system implementation, including writing functional and technical characterization.
Expertise: Proven experience with payroll legislation, collective agreements, complex compensation, and regulatory processes.
Technical Skills: Experience in system tests, troubleshooting and managing business requirements/interfaces

Familiarity with HR- SAP / MALAM-PAYROLL
SQL and BI query skills for data analysis
