Laboratory Operator

We are looking for a Full-Time Laboratory Operator to support the day-to-day operations of our laboratory.
This is a hands-on, entry-level position and an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start a career in the high-tech industry. No previous industry experience is required, and full training will be provided.

Location: Modiin Technology Park, Israel

Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operations of the laboratory.
Perform optical and electronic assembly tasks.
Operate laboratory equipment according to work instructions.
Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for daily activities.
Record work results and complete basic documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Basic Qualifications
Previous laboratory or technical experience is an advantage but not required.
Good hands-on skills and attention to detail.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Willingness to learn new technical skills.
Responsible, reliable, and well organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
