Production Controller

Were hiring a Production Controller to join our Operations team and take a key role in managing the day-to-day execution of our semiconductor supply chain. This role owns the critical front-end processes of our semiconductor supply chain, coordinating day-to-day execution across external silicon FABs, wafer-level testing facilities, and dicing vendors. A key part of the role is the daily monitoring of Work-In-Progress (WIP) and material movements across the entire supply chain. Operating fully on-site, the Production Controller serves as the operational link between the approved production plan and its execution, ensuring production data integrity in the ERP system and providing timely input to support shipping commitments.

Responsibilities
Day-to-Day WIP Monitoring: Track Work-In-Progress (WIP) across all manufacturing locations and maintain up-to-date visibility into the status of every wafer and lot.
End-to-End Material Tracking: Monitor and manage material movements throughout th

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related technical field.
2-3 years of production control experience within semiconductor manufacturing, foundry operations, or optoelectronics. Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing company is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite and/or Priority ERP systems, including production planning, WIP tracking, and multi-site inventory management.
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and mid-end supply chain flows, including FAB, WLT, and dicing.
Ability to work fully on-site and collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams.
