Senior Domain Operations Lead, Business Applications

We're looking for a Domain Operations Lead to be the operational backbone of this domain - the person who turns strategy into predictable, well-run execution.
You'll partner closely with the Domain Head to plan, track, and communicate everything the domain delivers, while working across Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams.
What you'll do:
Planning & roadmap- Support and facilitate the domain's quarterly and annual planning process, and make sure the roadmap stays clear and on track from idea to delivery.
Managing dependencies across teams- Spot where this domain's work depends on other teams, and drive those issues to resolution before they cause delays.
Advancing toward AI-Native - Help drive the domain's shift to AI-native ways of working, embedded across how teams plan, build, and operate.
Process & delivery governance - Champion consistent, well-run delivery practices across the domain's teams, including major platform modernization efforts.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in program and/or project management.
Proven experience leading large, cross-company programs (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or complex tech environments).
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience building dedicated AI tools and workflows to create operational efficiency
Ability to coordinate multiple domains and drive alignment across business units.
Experience with Agile, product development life cycles, and regulatory considerations.
Excellent communication and executive-level reporting and presentation skills.
