Senior Finance Systems & AI Implementation Manager

Responsibilities
Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and other Finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational challenges
Analyze existing Finance processes, identify gaps and manual activities, and design scalable solutions
Translate Finance requirements into system configurations, workflows, controls,

Technical Skills
7+ years of experience implementing or improving Finance systems and processes
Strong hands-on NetSuite implementation and configuration experience
Demonstrated experience translating accounting and Finance requirements into working system solutions
Practical experience automating Finance or accounting processes
Strong understanding of core accounting processes, financial reporting, internal controls, and financial data
Experience leading implementation projects end-to-end - requirements gathering, process design, testing, UAT, deployment, documentation, and user training
Hands-on experience implementing AI, Generative AI, or advanced workflow-automation solutions in a business environment
Experience working with APIs, data integrations, or automation platforms
Familiarity with SQL, data models, BI tools, or scripting languages
