Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Customer Support Agent assigned to a German speaking desk. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse customer base, providing assistance through email and chat.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and resolve complex problems
Identify and escalate trends or patterns in customer issues to the management team
Keep up-to-date with industry developments to provide effective support

Requirements

Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult customers
Interest in iGaming is a big PLUS
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends, as required
