Product Designer

ThriveDX is a leader in cybersecurity education, dedicated to helping people build successful careers in the fast-growing cyber industry. We partner with top universities and organizations to offer training programs focused on real-world skills and hands-on practice.

A key part of our training is TDX Arena, a platform where students engage in cyberattack simulations that mimic real-world scenarios. We are also developing AI-powered practice labs that adapt to each learner’s skill level, providing personalized learning experiences to help students gain the practical skills they need to excel in cybersecurity roles.

As a Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our cutting-edge cybersecurity training platform. You will:

Own the full design process, from concept to mockup, collaborating closely with product managers and developers.
Conduct market research to ensure each design is both realistic and compelling for users.
Leverage creativity and innovation to design engaging user interfaces for cyberattack simulations and AI-powered labs.

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience as a product designer, preferably in technology, gaming, or related industries.
Ability to independently conduct market research and create products that align with current market trends and standards.
Highly proficient in Adobe Suite and Figma (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
Strong attention to detail.
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Full proficiency in Hebrew and English.
