Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks: accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
Manage supplier relationships, both locally and internationally
Process purchase invoices and handle all related import documentation
Coordinate and execute supplier payments (domestic and international)
Oversee card index management and maintain organized transaction records
Manage company credit card transactions and petty cash handling
Conduct regular banking activities and reconciliations
Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations

דרישות:

Certified Bookkeeper Level 2 or higher
3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an international or industrial company
Experience in customs clearance and inventory management
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines
Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English
High level of proficiency in Excel and MS Office
