Service Automation Specialist -Junior software engineer

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Automation Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in integrating healthcare machine systems with our Equashield cloud solution, ensuring seamless data mapping and flow from customer systems into our platform.
You will act as a key technical liaison, working closely with customers to understand their unique data environments and craft tailored solutions-even when challenges seem nearly impossible. Your can do attitude and solution-driven mindset will help us deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Beyond integration, you will drive automation of manual processes within our service and support teams, leveraging your coding skills to build data analysis tools, automate log and database investigations, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Proficient in programming, preferably Python or JAVA, with experience in automation and scripting.
Proactive and self-learning  attitude.
Strong understanding of data integration concepts, ETL, and mapping between heterogeneous healthcare data sources.
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, to confidently engage with international customers and internal teams.
Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills and a can do attitude.
Experience working in healthcare or medical device integrations is a plus.
Familiarity with Big Data tools, log analysis, and database querying (e.g., SQL) is highly desirable.
