we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Controller to join our dynamic finance team.This is a hands-on, high-impact role with significant responsibility over day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of key processes, contribute to exciting ongoing projects, and help ensure compliance with accounting standards-all while helping us scale efficiently.This position works closely with cross-functional teams including FP&A, Legal, and Operations to ensure accurate reporting and effective collaboration across departments.Responsibilities:Lead and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in compliance with U.S. GAAPCoordinate with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual auditsOversee daily accounting activities including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliationsSupport implementation of accounting systems, automation toolדרישות:Licensed CPA with 2-3 years of experience in an Assistant Controller or similar role (post-internship) - RequiredInternship at a Big 4 accounting firm - RequiredExperience with NetSuite or other ERP systems - PreferredExperience with B2B SaaS companies - PreferredExcellent English verbal and written communication skillsStrong Excel skills and analytical mindsetHigh attention to detail, organized, and accountableDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesTeam player with confidence to work independently and cross-functionallyProactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through. המשרה מיועדת לנשים ולגברים כאחד.
