Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Webint analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with customers to understand their operational and technical needs, and communicate relevant insights to the sales team
Lead customer onboarding by providing proactive support, best practice guidance, and relevant use cases
Train and educate customers on the product, ensuring effective adoption and ongoing success
Develop deep product expertise and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and real-world use
Deliver training sessions and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders
Represent the company at professional events, including on-site demos and industry exhibitions
Conduct open-source investigations to generate compelling use cases and demonstrate product capabilities
Create comprehensive OSINT reports, both independently and in response to requests from sales teams, customers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

Required Skills and Experience:

At least 3 years of experience as an OSINT Analyst or Intelligence Analyst
Full proficiency in Arabic (spoken, written, and reading)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew
Strong public speaking and presentation skills, including the ability to deliver effective training sessions
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Ability to gather, interpret, and present data clearly and effectively
Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple inquiries in parallel
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree
