So, whats the role all about?
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the tools used by the R&D group - including tool selection, new implementations, change requests, governance, and monitoring. In addition, you will manage various initiatives to support R&D activities, including the growing role of AI-powered tools in how R&D works, and you will lead R&D audits across the organization end to end.
We are looking for a self-starter with a bias for action, who is able to move new initiatives forward while collaborating with all types of stakeholders.

At least 5 years of experience as a Program Manager/PMO/Project Manager or equivalent at a global software company.
Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools in daily work (e.g., AI coding assistants such as Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor).
Experience with system analysis and management.
Experience with Atlassian tools - an advantage.
Experience working in R&D organizations - an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication skills.
Fluent English
Education:
