This position represents Prompt Security, our comprehensive GenAI security platform, helping enterprise organizations safely and efficiently adopt GenAI. The company was recently acquired , the AI cybersecurity leader, to further advance its Generative AI and Agentic AI security strategy.

4+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles, preferably in a cybersecurity startup company supporting enterprise accounts.
Strong understanding of enterprise security technologies and frameworks
Hands-on experience troubleshooting containerized environments (Kubernetes, OpenShift) - including networking, namespace segmentation, and service-level debugging in complex enterprise deployments.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise software deployments
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences
