Bookkeeper

Bulls Media is seeking an experienced, responsible, and detail-oriented Level 2 Bookkeeper.

This role involves working with suppliers, clients, banks, and tax authorities, while managing ongoing financial processes and monitoring transactions between affiliated companies.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Issue customer invoices and monitor incoming payments
Track VAT refunds and prepare monthly reports for tax authorities
Manage employee travel expenses abroad, including approvals, monitoring, and reporting
Monitor interest calculations and intercompany loan transactions

Requirements:
Certified Bookkeeping Level 2 diploma - required
At least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping up to trial balance - required
Proven experience working with clients, suppliers, banks, and tax authorities
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel or Google Sheets
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Priority, Hashavshevet, SAP )
Good command of English (reading and writing)
Proactive, solution-oriented, with initiative to improve workflows
High accuracy, responsibility, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
