Project Manager - Core Systems

A leading Israeli software company specializing in SaaS-based Human Resources management solutions is looking for a Project Manager to join its Core Systems Development team.
Role Description:
Manage and track the progress of software development projects from initiation to delivery
Coordinate and align activities across development, infrastructure, and implementation teams
Support testing processes and production releases (go-live)
Lead knowledge management and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Gather information and prepare responses for RFPs, tenders, and SOC audits
Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and technical teams
Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely project delivery

Strong technical understanding of software development environments
2-3 yaers experience in leading processes and manage cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Proactive, self-driven, and highly independent working style
Fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and high-level organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation writing
