Commercial Legal Counsel

Elbit Systems is looking for an outstanding Commercial Legal Counsel to join the legal team at our Rehovot site

In this role you will:
Provide legal support and advice on complex commercial transactions in Israel and internationally
Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including procurement, consulting, development, technology and cooperation agreements
Support business units throughout all stages of commercial engagements and strategic initiatives
Negotiate with customers, suppliers, business partners and other stakeholders
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams across the organization to deliver practical and business-oriented legal solutions

דרישות:

LL.B. degree from a leading academic institution
4–8 years of experience as a commercial lawyer in the commercial department of a leading law firm or as an in-house legal counsel in a technology, industrial or international company
Strong commercial and business orientation with excellent judgment and a pragmatic approach to legal matters
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
High level of English, both written and spoken
Outstanding interpersonal skills and proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Self-motivated, diligent, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple assignments in a dynamic environment
