We are looking for
An Electro-Optics (EO) Engineer to join our Operations Research and Electro-Optics group at our Haifa site. In this role, you will take part in cutting-edge research, development, and evaluation of advanced EO systems - combining physics-based simulations, numerical analysis, and Artificial Intelligence to shape the future of intelligent sensing and defense technologies

B.Sc. in Physics or Electrical Engineering
M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Optics, or related fields - advantage
At least 3 years of experience in development or operations research for EO or imaging systems - advantage
Practical experience with MATLAB and Python for simulation, data processing, and numerical analysis
Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine or other graphical simulation engines - advantage
Familiarity and experience with AI tools - advantage
Strong analytical skills, systemic perspective, and creative thinking for solving complex problems
