Full-Stack Developer | Hybrid | Ra’anana

A global, growing technology company is looking for a strong Full-Stack Developer with solid backend expertise to help expand a smart, data-driven platform and deliver rich, high-performance web and mobile experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
End-to-end development: backend services in Node.js and frontend applications in Vue.js, including cross-platform mobile (iOS/Android).
Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance APIs and backend services.
Develop and maintain efficient data models, schemas, and queries (SQL/NoSQL).
Build distributed, high-availability systems serving global customers.
Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, QA, and DevOps teams.
Ensure high code quality through clean architecture, testing, and code reviews.
Apply best practices in security, reliability, and data protection.
Participate in CI/CD processes and modern development workflows.

5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
Strong backend expertise with Node.js (REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, async patterns, scaling).
Proven experience with Vue.js for responsive and maintainable frontends.
Experience with cross-platform mobile frameworks (Ionic, React Native, Capacitor, or similar).
Solid experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and API design.
Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, Asana, or Azure DevOps.
Excellent troubleshooting skills across the full stack.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
Experience with energy, IoT, or telemetry systems – advantage.

Nice to Have
Experience with real-time data and messaging systems (Kafka, MQTT, RabbitMQ).
Familiarity with offline-first mobile architectures and data synchronization strategies.
Experience with time-series databases (TimescaleDB, ClickHouse).
Background in Azure and cloud-native architectures.
Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance standards (ISO27001, GDPR).
Proven experience optimizing performance at scale.
