System Administrator Manager | On Site | Herzeliya

We are recruiting on behalf of a global technology company that develops advanced, cloud-based solutions an experienced and visionary System Administration Manager to join the global IT organization and lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s infrastructure and cloud environments.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of IT infrastructure, servers, and cloud environments across global operations
Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable systems
Manage and mentor a team of System Administrators, setting technical standards and best practices
Drive automation, monitoring, and optimization initiatives across multi-cloud environments
Develop and execute disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability, performance, and security
דרישות התפקיד:
7+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or Infrastructure Engineer, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
Strong expertise with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP)
In-depth knowledge of DR, backup, and replication technologies
Proven experience in designing and maintaining monitoring systems
Proficiency in automation and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Strong technical documentation skills – mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field – required
Relevant cloud certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP) – strong advantage
