Senior R&D Team Lead

We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients a Senior R&D Team Lead.
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled software engineer with strong technical expertise and exceptional interpersonal abilities, ready to take a key role in leading the development team.
As a key member of the team, you will play a major role in leading the next-generation Gen-Ai-based product development.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company operating in a “delivery startup mode” on its journey to her next generation product suite.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers with hands-on coding.
Design and develop an AI-driven product.
Collaborate with a business lead to align tech solutions with product
goals.
Drive innovation and contribute to system architecture and design.

B.Sc. in Computer Science/SW Engineering or equivalent.
6+ years of Hands-on experience in backend development, with
participation in data-centric products.
Previous experience as a Tech Lead.
Exceptional design and coding skills in Python or Nodejs - a must.
Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases - a must.
Experience working in development environments for WEB systems.
Proven ability to write rock-solid, mission-critical software.
Excellent communication skills with the capacity to interact
effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
Gen-AI background - an advantage.
Hands-on experience with AWS - an advantage.
Experience in development using .NET Core - an advantage.
