Who You Are

A product designer with 2–5 years of experience, passionate about solving complex challenges with simple, elegant solutions.

Graduate of Shenkar, Bezalel, or HIT, with strong design fundamentals.

Have a portfolio that demonstrates UX problem-solving and polished UI execution.

Comfortable collaborating across teams and communicating design decisions clearly.

Able to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, and can also take ownership and drive projects independently.

What You’ll Do

Partner with product managers and engineers to define problems and design impactful solutions.

Drive the design process end-to-end: research, ideation, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.

Contribute to and evolve Lema’s design system to ensure product-wide consistency.

Translate user insights into clear design improvements through testing and iteration.

Deliver thoughtful, scalable designs that elevate user experience across our platform.
