As part of your role, you will:
Support the fair lending lifecycle including monitoring credit underwriting policies for disparate impact and conducting demographic portfolio analyses. Maintain regulatory compliance reporting and partner with cross-functional teams to identify risks and implement less discriminatory alternatives, as well as providing thorough documentation of all of the above.
Own end-to-end data products, from extracting raw data from complex datasets to developing sophisticated analyses, monitoring systems, and reports using Python, SQL, and other analytical tools.
Translate complex data models into actionable business intelligence with the goal of improving modeling, business understanding, and strategi

5+ years experience processing and analyzing data using Python (pandas, seaborn, etc.); SQL a must
5+ years experience in banking, finance, or other relevant data-driven roles within an international organization, preferably in one or more of the following areas: credit risk modeling, fair lending analysis, financial consulting, business analytics, or relevant data operations
B.A/M.A/MBA graduate (Economics, Statistics, Finance or similar quantitative disciplines) with an exceptional academic track record
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven track record of identifying operational deficiencies, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing effective, sustainable mitigation strategies
Very high level of English (verbal and written), including the ability to write and present articulated documentation and processes in English. The role requires daily proficiency in both Hebrew and English - written and spoken.
