Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Technical Support, Cloud Engineering, or Post-Sales) working with complex cloud infrastructure, networking, or storage solutions.
Multi-Cloud Expertise: Extensive expertise with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) like AWS, Azure, and GCP, covering instance management, operations, and the ability to quickly ramp up on any missing provider.
Cloud Networking & Security: Advanced understanding of cloud networking and security-specifically designing, deploying, and integrating cloud architectures with On-Premises systems (Hybrid Cloud).
Diagnostics Skills: Practical and demonstrable cloud networking diagnostic skills (VPC/VNet, subnets, route tables, security groups) and utilization of Linux OS utilities for client-to-cluster troubleshooting.
Scripting & Cloud CLIs: Highly skilled at creating and debugging Python scripts using cloud APIs/SDKs. Proficiency with cloud CLIs (AWS CLI/aws, Google Cloud CLI/gcloud, Azure CLI/az) and scripting (Python, Shell/Bash) for diagnostics and automation. המשרה מיועדת לנשים ולגברים כאחד.
