we are looking for a Production Planning Manager.
About The Position:
Team Management, Lead, coach and develop the Production Planning team. Set clear objectives, roles, responsibilities and performance expectations.
Production Planning, Develop, own and manage the monthly production plan based on the approved Master Production Schedule (MPS), translating it into detailed production plans across all manufacturing departments. Translate business demand into executable manufacturing plans while balancing production capacity, material availability and customer priorities. Monitor production execution, identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery.
Production Work Order Management, Lead the production work order management process across all manufacturing departments. Monitor work order status, resolve bottlenecks and ensure smooth production flow. Ensure alignment between work orders, production priorities, material availability and engineerin

B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing planning or supply chain planning within a global manufacturing environment.
Proven experience leading production planning teams.
Strong understanding of manufacturing planning, capacity planning and production execution.
Experience working with subcontract manufacturers and complex manufacturing environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.
