About the position
This is a 6-month, fixed-term maternity leave replacement position. As the Business Applications & Salesforce Admin, you will play a central role in owning and optimizing our commercial tech stack. This is a standalone role - you will be the sole owner of these systems, with no one else on the team currently performing this function. You will be responsible not only for Salesforce administration, but also for managing and integrating key business applications used by our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams - including Claude AI, Gong, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo, Monday.com, HubSpot, and others.
Responsibilities
Serve as the sole owner of the configuration, integration, and administration of Salesforce and key go-to-market (GTM) applications
Partner with RevOps leadership to align business systems with company goals and revenue strat

Salesforce Admin (ADM 201) or Advanced Admin (ADM 211) certification.
At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a global tech environment.
Experience managing multiple business applications and integrating them with Salesforce.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices: custom objects, formula fields, flows, validation rules, permissions, dashboards, etc.
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements across systems and recommend scalable solutions.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Claude AI, Monday.com
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience with Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and other B2B SaaS tools.
Familiarity with HubSpot and 6Sense.
Basic knowledge of Apex, SOQL, or other scripting tools for custom workflows or debugging.
