As a Front-End Team Lead at our Tel Aviv R&D center, you will lead a talented group of engineers in building the technology powering our Operation Center-the real-time heartbeat of our global service. This is a highly impactful, mission-critical role combining people leadership, technical ownership, and product impact. You will shape our Front-End architecture and foster a culture of high-quality craft, directly shaping the daily lives of hundreds of thousands of riders. We are looking for a high-agency leader who leverages modern AI to outpace traditional workflows, continuously driving your team's growth and elevating the way we build products.
About the Role:
Lead and mentor Front-End engineers, supporting their professional growth and helping them reach their full potential.
Own both the people and operational aspects of the team, ensuring effective execution and continuous improvement.
Drive technical excellence through architecture decisions

B.Sc. in Computer Science or a similar field.
At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team of engineers5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong experience with React or similar Front-End frameworks.
Strong technical abilities with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and make thoughtful decisions.
Experience with architecture, system design, and code reviews.
A proactive and ownership-driven mindset, with a passion for continuously improving products and processes.
