Tosaf, a global leader in masterbatch and additive solutions for the plastics industry, is looking for a hands-on Global Marketing & Communications Manager to help drive business growth across international markets.
In this highly versatile role, you will play a crucial part in our small, high-impact marketing department with broad responsibility across multiple markets and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
•Global Strategy Execution: Execute global marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives and growth priorities, driving processes from end to end while ensuring brand consistency and alignment across the board.
•International Marketing Support: Act as a key marketing partner for our global subsidiaries and sales teams, providing them with marketing tools, messaging, and tailored initiatives to support local growth and market penetration
•Project Leader

Requirements:
•Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
•High-level English (written and spoken) with excellent writing and storytelling skills.
•Strong ability to work in a matrix environment, collaborating effectively with a wide range of internal and external interfaces.
•Highly independent with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach and the ability to manage multiple projects and dynamic priorities in a small, fast-paced department.
•Results-oriented and process-driven, with a strong commercial understanding.
•A proactive and collaborative mindset, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.
