A property management company is hiring a Residence Manager to run operations across a portfolio of luxury residential buildings in Jerusalem.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational performance, resident relations, and the living environment that reflects the companys commitment to excellence.

What you'll do
Manage the cleaning and maintenance staff at each building.
Keep the maintenance calendar and records up to date - preventive work, service history, warranties, compliance.
Negotiate with contractors, and oversee projects through to completion.
Be the go-to person for residents on operational matters

What you need
Hands-on experience in at least three of: electrical, construction, building maintenance.
Experience managing a residential buildings or apartment complexes.
Experience negotiating with contractors and running projects to completion
Hebrew and English, spoken and written-Must. Other languages (French) - Advantage.
Experience managing staff and outside vendors/contractors.
Able to read drawings.
Independent, organized, professional.
