SQA Automation Engineer

At Equashield, we develop innovative pharmacy automation and hazardous drug safety solutions that help protect healthcare workers worldwide.
We're looking for a Software Quality Assurance Specialist with experience in software QA and test automation to join our growing Quality team. In this role, you'll help verify and validate the software behind our advanced robotic and medical automation systems, combining hands-on testing with automation development and infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and user stories.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing on multidisciplinary products.
Validate the functionality, reliability, usability, and performance of robotic and medical automation systems.
Identify, , and track defects using tools such as Jira and Orcanos.
Maintain test ation, reports, and traceability records.
Participate in requirements reviews, design verification, and risk analysis activities.
Support software verification and validation (V&V) in compliance with medical device regulations.

B.Sc./B.A. in Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in software QA and test automation.
Experience testing multidisciplinary, embedded, or hardware-software integrated systems.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently within a regulated environment.
