We're Hiring: data Operations (DataOps) (Park HaMada)

Responsibilities:
1. Comparative Analyses: Assist with Comparative Business Analysis (CBA) between Analytics tools/ automation solutions.
2. Community Website Management: Manage the community internal website, ensuring content is up-to-date and accessible.
3. Community Events Support: Assist with community events, communications, and surveys to foster engagement.
4. Collaboration and Training:
- Facilitate collaboration between data Champions.
- Set up virtual data training paths based on roles and responsibilities.
- Manage courses follow-up on participants, working closely with data Champions.
- Govern best practices and standardization of visual language.
- Conduct proactive check-ups on data Champions to ensure their ongoing success.
5. BI Support: (Tableau- Must, PowerBi- optional)

Advanced experience in Tableau front end (Minimum of 3 years) - must
Relationship builder and community connecter - Be an excellent communicator- must.
Experience in leading and influencing others.
Strong knowledge/interest in technology and analytics.
Familiarity with data governance, analytics best practices.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
Fluent in English.
