Sr Staff AI Software Engineer (CORA AI)

we are looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to join our Generative AI foundation team. We build AI agents and shared infrastructure that power GenAI capabilities across the company, enabling CyberArks product lines to adopt agentic workflows safely, reliably, and at scale. In this role, youll be involved in the full software lifecycle - from fast-moving prototypes and POCs to production-grade, observable systems. Youll collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to translate ideas into robust services, bringing a pragmatic mindset to experimentation, iteration, and operational excellence. Youll work hands-on with leading LLMs and the modern agentic ecosystem, leveraging a wide range of AWS services. Youll use cutting-edge frameworks and techniques to develop, evaluate, and continuously improve our solutions through solid design, flexible implementation, strong telemetry and evaluation, and production feedback loops.

Your Experience:
Bachelor's degree with 15 years of experience, or Master's degree with 12 years of experience, or PhD with 8 years of experience.
Extensive experience in software engineering, with a focus on building and deploying production-grade systems.
Proven experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS services.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python.
Hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience with the full software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building agentic AI systems or multi-agent workflows.
Contributions to open-source projects in the AI/ML space.
Experience with MLOps principles and tools for model deployment and monitoring.
Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and secure software development practices.
